Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at PM Hotel Group. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk area, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events to provide guests with personalized recommendations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, using property management systems to process payments and manage guest accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; one year of hotel or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
