Front Desk Supervisor

Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Front Desk Supervisor oversees the front office operations, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for managing staff, coordinating patient services, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train front desk staff to provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency
- Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
