Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director, Indirect Channel Strategy to drive sales and revenue growth by establishing best-in-class sales enablement, programs, and experiences that reflect the business and industry needs. This role will partner closely with partners, sales, broader marketing team, and strategic partners to establish global networking leadership position in the market, driving long-term growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Communicate strategy and vision to the marketing team, directing and motivating them towards excellent performance.
  • Represent the organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects, interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and build alliances with industry partners, networks, and other organizations as needed to achieve product growth objectives.
  • Consult with marketing and sales teams to identify, define, size, and prioritize strategic analytics opportunities.
  • Engage stakeholders in the development and launch of marketing plans, overseeing the designing of new ideas and communicating potential uses for analytics across the business.
  • Coach, mentor, and advise marketing staff, exercising independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Grow share of wallet in the channel and manage the best-in-industry Partner Program by recruiting, engaging, and retaining partners, defining white space opportunity for the channel.
  • Manage MDF partner programs, utilizing reporting to track marketing funds ROI.
  • Understand Comcast's expansive solutions portfolio and serve as a subject matter expert on strategic messaging and positioning of CB Solutions to the channel.
  • Increase brand awareness of CB's global Secure Network Solutions, measuring awareness through brand health trackers.
  • Define new engagement models for key strategic partners to grow global network business.
  • Drive awareness of CB Solutions to Comcast's PSMs and partners through integrated go-to-market launch plans, sales enablement campaigns, and tactics.
  • Executive engagements/events – get right partners and customers to events to drive higher ROI for Comcast. Drive forward Partner Advisory Councils to expand relationships and gain feedback and program effectiveness.
  • Account/partner planning – layer top account planning into broader strategic indirect marketing strategy, targeting accounts based on growth objectives and target verticals/segments.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, Channel Marketing teams, serving as the Indirect SME and voice of partners to advise on all aspects of marketing and GTM efforts and initiatives.
  • Identify and build relationships with technology partners (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) based on market leadership position and Comcast's roadmap priorities, partnering on key messaging and joint marketing strategies to reach joint partners and customers.
  • Lead teams to support Indirect Channel Marketing, providing coaching, mentoring, and advice to team members, being a positive role model to the team and champions eNPS and team health.

Salary

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $178,169.04 – $293,978.92

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees.

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
