Position Overview: As the Manager of Brand Engagement and Immersive Program Facilitation focused on Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E), you will be instrumental in enhancing the team's brand presence, narrative, and essential messages throughout the organization and within our employee Inclusion Groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in storytelling and lead workshops and immersive programs tailored for diverse audiences.
- Create educational materials and design newsletters and visual content.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure that ID&E messaging is prominent and impactful across multiple platforms.
- Contribute as a vital member of the Racial Equity Leadership Immersion (RELI) planning team, developing and facilitating transformative learning experiences for leaders throughout the organization.
Work Environment: This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring some on-site presence at designated locations and some remote work from home or other locations. Specific arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct research, develop content, and facilitate workshops and sessions.
- Participate in weekly RELI planning meetings, providing program support and facilitating workshops.
- Assist in educating and disseminating messaging regarding cultural moments to Enterprise Leaders and Inclusion Groups.
- Review and consult on promotional materials, recruitment websites, newsletters, internal presentations, and other immersive learning resources.
- Deliver projects, including revising ID&E brand and messaging guidelines, creating a cultural moments calendar, and developing content for internal employee resource groups.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in content research for educational initiatives, communications, or facilitation with educational materials.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Community Relations, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in communications, including writing and presenting key organizational messages to various audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of professional experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Community Relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in creating and designing visual content, such as PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and flyers.
- Extensive experience in live and virtual facilitation for large audiences.
- A degree in marketing, education, communications, humanities, HR, or DEI.
