Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Team Support: Actively promote the venue by engaging with guests and staff, and assist in various tasks to capitalize on business levels.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with Operations Managers and staff to resolve issues and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Event Support: Assist Management in setting up and executing large party events, and adhere to all Department and Company Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Previous experience as a Front of House employee in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be able to motivate and identify problems in service issues in a professional manner.
  • Must possess a valid Health Card and issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
  • Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card.
  • Must possess a valid Non-Gaming card issued by the LVMPD.
  • Must have basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various activities throughout shift.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
