Job Summary

LG Electronics is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead our South Central Region business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and unit targets, as well as individual product category targets.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributor personnel, contractors, and local industry association staff throughout the territory.
  • Training and Development: Utilize presentation skills to facilitate training for contractors, distributors, and various trade personnel.
  • Market Analysis: Provide actionable competitor intelligence to the team on a regular basis.
  • Customer Service: Educate customers on LG products, monitor and review customer performance for sales optimization, and ensure two-way communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree +5 years of sales experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results.
  • Experience leading and managing manufacturer rep. firms, distributor territory managers.
  • Proficient at time management and managing multi-state territory.
  • Familiarity within the HVAC industry with preferred experience in residential/light commercial Inverter Heat Pump units, wholesale channels, and dealer networks.
  • Strong relationship building, outstanding communications skills, solid business acumen, and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L.
  • Ability to utilize interpersonal and communication skills effectively when interacting with a diverse background of people.
  • Apply intermediate PowerPoint/Excel/Word and other Microsoft Office products. to complete daily activities.
