Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Representative

EMCOR Services Fagan is seeking a skilled Sales - HVAC Solutions professional to join our team. As a Sales - HVAC Solutions representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, providing clients with product services/information, maintaining existing client relationships, developing sales presentations, and following through with each client and opportunity.
This position requires strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals. You will also be responsible for maintaining client pricing and payments, A/R management, client correspondence, quality assurance (QA) support, and industry and trade show participation.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field, with relevant technical experience preferably in a facilities management or operations and maintenance environment. You will be required to communicate clearly with varying personality styles, manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize.

- Prospect new leads, qualify sales calls, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and manage sales cycle to close sales.
- Maintain client relationships, develop sales presentations, and follow through with each client and opportunity.
- Develop, write, and review client proposal documents, including financial and technical sections, using standard templates and pricing models.
- Communicate professionally with various departments within EMCOR Services Fagan, including Operations, project management, sales, field teams, and others.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development, including attending product trade shows and sales training events, and participating in all professional training provided by EMCOR Services Fagan.
