Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Foodservice Technician to join our team at Tech-24 A Commercial Food Service Repair Company Inc. As a Commercial Foodservice Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Inspect equipment and components to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Complete service tickets according to company procedures and standards.
  • Manage inventory and track stock levels to ensure necessary parts are available.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and uniforms to Tech-24 standards.
  • Set a positive example for less experienced technicians and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety and customer service.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Standard computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Industry-standard hand tools and ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, for on-call rotation.
