About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in government sales. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achievement.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales generation strategies to support government business, identifying opportunities and developing plans to achieve targets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance results.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.
  • Support Functions: Provide administrative support as required, including non-selling functions such as data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in team management and sales management (required)
  • Knowledge and Skills: Government procurement, strategic leadership, customer acquisition, and sales strategy development (required)
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $156,100 - $281,500, inclusive of target incentives. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays per year. Additionally, we offer mobile service and home internet discounts, pet insurance, and access to commuter and transit programs.
