Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at The HR Source. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within NYC's fine dining sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Utilize strategic sales tactics such as cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients in person to secure new contracts.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts and activity.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a sales representative or outside sales role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
