Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ADP. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers to understand and solve their real business needs.
- Develop and implement a top-down sales strategy to grow our business while growing yours.
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a results-driven environment.
- Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
