Job Overview

Eurest is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef II to lead our kitchen operations and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for our staff. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing meal preparation, training kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet established guidelines and standards
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain inventory of food and non-food supplies, ensuring that necessary products are available when needed
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
  • Participate in departmental meetings and staff development programs

Requirements:

  • A.S. or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
  • Extensive catering experience a plus
  • High volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable
