About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.
  • Assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
  • Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
  • Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes and complete crisis de-escalation training.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
