About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.

This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents. You will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.

The Residential Therapist position requires the ability to perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plan. You will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs
  • Assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates
  • Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers
Requirements
  • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
  • MUST also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
What We Offer
  • $6,250 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials
  • Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
