Job Summary:
Spurwink is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based training, supervision, and direct instruction to our client population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for children in our child residential program.
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team to meet the child's treatment goals.
- Provide supervision and training to staff in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Board Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- One year of experience in providing behavioral services to individuals with developmental and/or emotional disabilities.
- Experience providing technical assistance and training to care providers and/or families.
