  • Fort Wayne is seeking a dependable and trustworthy individual to take on the role of Culinary Supervisor / Kitchen Coordinator.
Culinary Supervisor / Kitchen Coordinator Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals including breakfast, lunch, and two snacks
- Ensure the kitchen and pantry are maintained in a clean and organized manner
- Order food and supplies from designated vendors
- Adhere to all state guidelines for meal preparation and serving in childcare settings
- Wash and properly store all dishes and utensils using a commercial dishwasher
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Director or Assistant Director.

Culinary Supervisor / Kitchen Coordinator Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must meet all state regulations
- Safeserv Certification is preferred, but assistance will be provided to obtain it
- Must be reliable, consistent, and punctual.
