  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly.
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Report any injuries to management immediately.
  • Familiarize with and adhere to chemical safety protocols.
  • Assist with buffet setup and cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Support delivery processes, ensuring proper stock management.
  • Participate in inventory assessments.
  • Manage waste disposal throughout the lounge.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a culinary role within the food service industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Must obtain necessary certifications, including ServSafe Food Handler certification.
  • Ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues.
  • Effective presentation skills in both individual and group settings.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and be aware of diverse cultural contexts.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in line with service standards.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
