About the Role

You will support the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This includes managing work shifts, completing administrative tasks, and providing leadership in the absence of the RGM. Key responsibilities include overseeing Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads to ensure they complete all assigned duties and provide excellent customer service. You will also assist with facility maintenance, hiring and developing great Team Members and Shift Leads, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff and maintaining financial controls.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement coaching and counseling programs to improve staff performance.
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met, and maintain a fun and family-friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
