Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Membership Policy to join our Walmart+ Business and Operations and Strategy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable frameworks, policies, and governance for our membership program, ensuring consistent policy and enforcement approaches to key issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for membership eligibility, benefit eligibility, and fraud prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, modify, and ratify policy and enforcement requirements.
  • Communicate policy changes and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor policy performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a Trust and Safety function for a technology-based company.
  • Knowledge of risk management and policy development.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
