Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to join our team at Monroe Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing educational materials to residents, as well as acting as a relocation specialist to help plan and coordinate in-place renovations and temporary relocations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide educational materials to residents
  • Act as a relocation specialist to help plan and coordinate in-place renovations and temporary relocations
  • Work with the onsite property management team to ensure a smooth operation of the property

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in a social service delivery with the elderly and/or family population
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources in the area served by the project
  • English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
