Job Title: Overnight Royal Service Agent

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage guest communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing our software systems to track guest interactions and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple guest interactions simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end service environment.
