Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.
  • Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way.
  • Have full knowledge of all beverage lists and deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen and check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
  • Complete overnight floor walk for tray removal and door knob menu retrieval.
  • Answer guest calls, take orders, and ring into POS system.
  • Closing checks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
