  • Meet with motivated Sellers, determine their needs, and assist them throughout the entire process of selling a home.
  • Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline and provide world-class customer service.
  • Host team open houses monthly; all open house leads are assigned to the hosting agent.
  • Work within our CRM workflow system, and maintain up-to-date calendar availability for appointments.
  • Participate in our Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Technology-driven.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth.
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
  • Organized and the ability to manage time effectively.
