Job Summary:

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Access Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient management of access control functions at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify personnel clearances and exchange badges as necessary
  • Conduct magnetometer searches and ensure only authorized personnel have access to facilities
  • Issue visitor and temporary badges to visitors and employees
  • Accurately record visitor information in the MCIA Visitor Log and utilize the FVS-CM to input foreign visitors
  • Process and validate visitor and employee visit/perm certifications, as well as background investigation and clearance information
  • Screen incoming and outgoing documents and packages to ensure compliance with MCIA policy
  • Conduct magnetometer and other searches of employees and visitors
  • Monitor facility control points via line of sight and CCTV, and utilize the IDS and alarm station as necessary
  • Perform detailed turnovers with MCIA Command Duty Officers and complete end-of-day checklists

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computing skills
  • Security escort experience at DoD or government-controlled/classified facilities

Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information

Skills:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Basic computing skills
  • Excellent written and oral command of English

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk
