Overview: GoEngineer Inc. is in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented Subscription Services Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of renewal quotes, facilitating necessary revisions, and confirming the integrity of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will excel in managing a substantial volume of quote requests while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. This position is crucial for supporting the department in meeting its renewal objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary support representative for our subscription services, delivering prompt and courteous assistance to clients through various communication channels.
  • Quote Generation: Utilize established templates to create renewal quotes for subscription services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve recurring challenges and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Information Gathering: Collect all necessary data from multiple systems and coordinate with sales and renewals account managers to ensure renewal quotes are accurate.
  • Pricing Verification: Review and confirm pricing accuracy based on the latest price lists.
  • Timely Execution: Complete monthly quote generation efficiently to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or support, ideally within a subscription-based environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay and an annual bonus potential. GoEngineer offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
