Position Responsibilities
The Child Support Services Specialist will be responsible for:
- Assessing case details and determining appropriate actions in line with state regulations.
- Conducting interviews, collecting necessary documentation, and referring clients to community resources.
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence pertinent to each case.
- Utilizing state systems to maintain accurate case information and facilitate automated processes.
- Conducting annual reviews of assigned cases to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Performing initial location searches for absent parents.
- Monitoring personal performance through specialized reporting.
- Addressing and resolving client inquiries and complaints.
- Updating state systems with new information and documenting client interactions.
- Executing additional related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
