Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Macintosh platforms, including imaging and deployment
  • Experience with network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • MCP and A+ certifications
  • Experience with PC-based software, including Microsoft Office and GSuite
  • Knowledge of networked printer concepts and queue creation
  • Ability to work extended hours or a modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations
