Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary support representative for our subscription services, delivering prompt and courteous assistance to clients through various communication methods.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve recurring challenges and improve the overall customer experience.
