Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Senior Civil Engineering Staff member to enhance our team. This hybrid role is based in our offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee technical and civil engineering aspects for commercial and industrial site development, as well as linear utilities for energy and water sectors.
- Execute technical engineering tasks related to land development and water resource management, including:
- Stormwater management design
- Site grading
- Erosion and sediment control design
- Prepare plans for review by relevant agencies and municipalities.
- Complete various land development and environmental permitting applications.
- Participate in meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, eager to learn through experience, self-driven, and committed to their responsibilities. A strong desire for professional growth as an engineer or technical designer is essential.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil-site engineering focused on land development.
- Proficiency in HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling software.
- Knowledge of sustainable infrastructure practices, including bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofs.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is preferred.
- EIT or PE certification is preferred.
- Experience with ArcGIS software is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
