Cyfle is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Structural Engineer 3 to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural engineering solutions for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structural Engineering
    • Develop and execute structural calculations and designs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Perform site layout and review vendor drawings.
    • Write detailed structural analysis reports.
  • Construction Documents
    • Work closely with AutoCAD designers to create 3D models and construction drawings.
    • Review and validate drawings and models for accuracy.
    • Develop contractor scopes of work and specifications.
  • Construction Support
    • Create bid packages and bills of material (BOMs).
    • Review shop drawings and respond to contractor RFIs.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist with other duties as assigned by the team lead.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in discipline-specific engineering on multidiscipline project teams.
  • Professional Engineer and/or Structural Engineer License.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Basic leadership skills and experience leading work groups or task forces.
  • Proficient in technology and software required for daily tasks.
  • Valid, active driver's license and good driving record.
