Your Role:
As a Civil Structural Engineer within our Commercial & Institutional - PMCM/OPM Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with clients to ensure project success, utilizing your expertise to manage a variety of construction projects, from educational facilities to municipal structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced judgment and analytical techniques for the design and implementation of structural systems.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed project phases independently, collaborating with other engineering disciplines and project management teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of their work.
- Recommend improvements to design and development processes to enhance product quality.
- Ensure thorough self-checking of work for accuracy in technical reports and calculations.
- Continuously monitor project progress and performance against established work plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and proficiency in engineering software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and understanding of business practices related to engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office software is required.
- Active involvement in a professional engineering organization is preferred.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $103,000, based on qualifications, experience, education, and industry standards.
