Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Power Systems Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing test plans, procedures, and scripts to perform shock, vibration, thermal, humidity, and vacuum testing on high and low voltage flight hardware.

You will conduct verification testing that includes power-on, functional, acceptance, and qualification and document test results for the high and low voltage distribution, power regulation, and conversion hardware.

  • Support the integration of vehicle hardware and analysis tooling necessary to verify the requirements and performance of units under test.
  • Debug and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a lab environment.
  • Support integration and test activities including wiring, hardware installation, and test bench setup.
  • Participate in design and system reviews to provide feedback on integration and testability throughout all phases of the project.
  • Participate in program level technology development, mission assurance, and safety initiatives, and development process improvements.
  • Effectively communicate development status, risks, and challenges to management.
