About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive revenue growth and lead our Inside Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the Inside Sales team to ensure high performance and collaboration.
  • Establish and track sales KPIs, providing regular progress updates and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.
What We Offer
