Local Business Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell integrated advertising solutions utilizing our full suite of broadcast TV, streaming video, and digital products.
- Present best solutions based on desired business results.
- Create proposals to be presented to sales leaders as well as existing and potential clients.
- Learn and sell digital and TV sales success in local media settings or other sales experience.
- Meet and exceed all sales goals as outlined by the LSM. Increase revenue through a balance of new business development and up-selling of current clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of digital and TV sales success in local media setting or other sales experience.
- BA/BS degree with a minimum of three years of media sales, account management or buying experience preferred.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 2 years of new business development and prospecting experience required.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills.
- Hard-working, high integrity, relationship-builder with a winning attitude.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Work with brand teams, ad operations, and finance to provide client satisfaction.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
