Job Description:

This field-based role is responsible for managing strategic business relationships with key corporate/senior management staff in our target accounts. The goal is to establish multi-level relationships, increase representative access, develop new business, maximize resource utilization, and grow sales and market share of our assigned products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Federal Account Executive teams to identify and manage key target account opportunities within the VA.
  • Develop product strategies to fully penetrate these accounts and drive growth.
  • Provide strategic direction to regional and district teams regarding target accounts and advise sales and marketing management on challenges and opportunities.
  • Analyze training needs and support channel-specific training initiatives within the Region.
  • Develop an annual business plan with goals and objectives to increase sales volume and market share in target accounts across all FDA-approved indications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 2 years of sales or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas.
  • Excellent organizational/project management and leadership skills.
  • Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $103,500 - $197,000, depending on location and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
