Position Overview:
This role is contingent upon contract award and is integral to the operational efficiency of our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of aircraft and equipment resources, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Control Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with operational units to formulate comprehensive flying and maintenance strategies.
- Assist in the development of annual maintenance plans and disseminate weekly and monthly schedules.
- Generate and maintain a forecast report for Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs).
- Track and ensure timely completion of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs).
- Oversee the management of Time Change Items (TCIs) and ensure accurate tracking within the Maintenance Information Systems (MIS).
- Facilitate aircraft acceptance and transfer processes with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough reviews of aircraft documentation and ensure data integrity in accordance with established guidelines.
- Lead pre- and post-inspection meetings to discuss maintenance actions and outstanding issues.
- Compile and analyze data from various sources to support management decisions regarding maintenance performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on statistical analyses to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of four years of experience in Plans, Scheduling & Documentation (PS&D).
- Relevant training records, particularly with MQ-1 systems.
- A High School Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management tools.
Work Environment:
This position will require working in both office and industrial settings, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
