We are a leading insurance company seeking an experienced Risk Management Coordinator to join our team in Columbia, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating risks associated with our clients' businesses, as well as developing strategies to mitigate those risks.

Estimated Salary: $63,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of clients' businesses, identifying potential areas of risk and vulnerability.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Analyze data and market trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless risk management processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
