Student Engagement Network Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Engagement Network team as an intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to advance student engagement at Penn State University.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate the importance and impact of student engagement to various stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and community members.
- Present to first-year students, faculty, staff, and administrators on how to get engaged through the sharing of resources and personal testimonials.
- Create content for social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
- Champion the use of the Engagement App and assist with the grant program, website content, social media strategy, and office-sponsored events.
- Conduct research, build surveys, and create reports for office meetings and marketing and communications efforts.
- Comfortable speaking publicly and working independently.
- Strong work ethic, courtesy, and respect for others.
- Innovative thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $12.00 per hour for a maximum of 20 hours per week.
