Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, develop, troubleshoot, test, deploy, document, and maintain SharePoint solutions utilizing both standard features and custom development with tools such as Visual Studio, C#, .NET, VSCode, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and ECMA 6.
  • Engage in the architectural design, development, customization, and integration of solutions focused on collaboration, portals, content management, and workflows.
  • Administer data and facilitate integrations between SharePoint and other enterprise systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical support issues related to applications, configurations, and code.
  • Evaluate new software products to improve automation and business processes.
  • Collaborate with end users to understand their business requirements and leverage SharePoint and related technologies to develop tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the implementation, support, and troubleshooting of third-party software solutions.
  • Create both technical and user documentation, and provide training for end users as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of IT experience focusing on SharePoint; or an Associate's degree or technical diploma with at least 5 years of IT experience, including 3 years specializing in SharePoint; or a high school diploma with 8 years of IT experience, including 3 years in SharePoint.
  • Expertise in architectural design, configuration, and troubleshooting of SharePoint implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Designer.
  • At least 4 years of development experience with the Microsoft technology stack (C#, ASP.NET, PowerShell, SQL, SQL Server, REST API, MVC, Visual Studio, etc.).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint development, configuration, and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with the Office 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies such as CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework development and modern toolchains like Visual Studio Code, npm, Yeoman, Gulp, Grunt, ECMA 6, SASS, and LESS.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Functions, Automation, Runbooks, LogicApps, AppSecurity, and Certificate Services.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, agile environment and quickly resolving unexpected incidents.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Aderant Handshake, AvePoint DocAve, and ULS Viewer.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert within the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage projects in a high-pressure environment.
