Role Overview:
As an Atlassian Solutions Architect, you will partner with clients to ensure that all implementations are aligned with both current and future infrastructure needs, promoting scalability across the organization while minimizing disruptions among teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the Atlassian toolset, encompassing aspects such as training, licensing, plugins, infrastructure, and technical debt management.
• Make critical architectural decisions regarding workflows, automation, custom fields, schemes, permissions, add-ons, and integrations.
• Design, model, test, and implement plugins and integrations aimed at reducing downtime and enhancing functionality in line with enterprise objectives.
• Advocate for Jira best practices and ensure uniformity across all instances.
• Oversee the Atlassian Integration Platform, including the review and approval of all integrations with the Atlassian toolset.
• Act as an external Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Atlassian suite of tools.

Essential Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Jira and/or Confluence Cloud administration within large, multi-organization enterprise environments. Relevant Atlassian certifications are advantageous.
• Proven technical expertise with over 5 years of experience in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence administration, capable of performing all administrative tasks independently.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud environments, along with experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and both native and app-based automations.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian installations, migrations, customizations, patching, and plugin installations.
