The Community Counseling Center, in partnership with the Department of Mental Health, operates a 24/7 Crisis Line, facilitating emergency calls through a regional network. 1. Direct Service: Timely responses to crisis calls within the coverage area.
  2. Documentation: Quality and thoroughness of documentation completed within designated timeframes.
  3. Client Outcomes: Coordination of community aftercare and ensuring clients receive necessary resources and support.
  4. Communication: Effective communication with clients, families, and associated stakeholders to ensure safety and service continuity.
In this role, you will experience a dynamic work environment, engaging with a variety of individuals while facing unique challenges that require critical thinking and flexibility.
