Job Summary

The Engagement Associate provides supportive services for clients experiencing behavioral health or substance use disorders. This role involves interventions based on current treatment plans, crisis intervention, and psychosocial assessments. The Engagement Specialist will also coordinate services with internal and external providers, functioning as a member of an interdisciplinary team for client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide interventions based on current treatment plans
  • Crisis intervention and psychosocial assessments
  • Coordinate services with internal and external providers
  • Function as a member of an interdisciplinary team for client care

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or GED
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with multicultural staff and clientele
  • Personal lived experience with recovery from a behavioral health disorder and/or substance use disorder
  • CPS credential (Certified Peer Specialist) through the Missouri Credentialing Board
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two to four years of direct Behavioral Health experience in coaching, support, and behavioral intervention
  • Active Missouri Certified Peer Specialists Credentials
