This position is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in crisis. As a Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician at Tri-County Mental Health Services, you will play a critical role in providing direct clinical crisis intervention, assessment, and case management to high-risk populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis assessment and referral, crisis face-to-face, or phone calls
  • Collaborate with community partners to build relationships and support the needs of high-risk populations
  • Serve as a crisis backup clinician as needed for crisis calls, crisis face-to-face, and crisis assessments
  • Provide clinical consultation as needed to all clinical staff in regards to crisis situations
  • Work alongside treatment teams to ensure consumer and family engagement in services

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree required
  • Provisionally Licensed or Licensed preferred (LPC, LCSW)
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Valid Driver's license and state-mandated minimum auto insurance required
  • 2-3 years of position-related experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior mental health and/or substance use knowledge required
  • Strong knowledge of clinical best practices in behavioral health and Trauma-Informed Care practices
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, terminology, diagnoses, and best practice knowledge required
