Community Counseling Center (CCC) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Crisis Response Specialist to join our team. As a Mobile Crisis Response Specialist, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention services to individuals in need, working closely with local law enforcement and emergency departments, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to crisis emergencies in designated counties, providing assessments and interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams, outside providers, and support systems to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Document crisis interventions and client interactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a mental health field, with a focus on crisis intervention and response.
  • Experience working in crisis intervention, mental health, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on client-centered care.
