- Master's degree in a mental health field, with a focus on crisis intervention and response.
- Experience working in crisis intervention, mental health, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on client-centered care.
