Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement education programs to promote patient understanding and self-management of their conditions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
