Help Desk Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk II NWG to join our team. As a Help Desk II NWG, you will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and desk-side support for hardware, software, and telecom issues
- Assist Tier 1 help desk in resolving issues beyond their level of support
- Evaluate and prioritize solutions with users and communicate estimated resolution times
- Document all issues in the ticketing system
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Help Desk/Desktop Support
- High School Diploma
- Computer operating systems
- Networking
- Computer hardware
- Ticketing systems
- ServiceNow experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some College or Certifications a plus
Work Environment:
This position will require working indoors and may involve lifting boxes of computer equipment.
