Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction, completion, and financial performance of multiple projects, ranging from small to medium scale, or a single large-scale initiative. You will lead a team of project managers and assistants, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project goals, policies, and performance standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Supervise daily operations and administration of projects, mentoring project managers in best practices.
  • Negotiate and oversee the preparation of change orders.
  • Maintain comprehensive logs to monitor project progress.
  • Collaborate with clients and architects/engineers to facilitate project execution.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Address potential issues proactively, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and manage contract-related financial aspects.
  • Adapt responsibilities as needed to meet the demands of the business unit.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous.
  • Over 10 years of project management experience in electrical construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and a proactive team player.
Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel 10-25% as required.

Working Environment
