Key Responsibilities
  • Travel across the country to various project locations as required.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities for job crew personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and lead job crew members, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Review and maintain familiarity with project plans, specifications, and contract scopes.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and provide essential updates.
  • Monitor and document job progress, generating RFIs and memos as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with National Electrical Codes and safety regulations.
  • Order materials and manage tool inventory for the job site.
  • Oversee job site cleanliness and ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in the electrical sector, with knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, walking, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Skilled in installing and troubleshooting PLCs, AC/DC drives, and electrical equipment.
  • Experience with Single and Three Phase motors and motor control systems.
  • Adept at reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of L.O.T.O policies and OSHA regulations.
