Job Title: Vice President of Investor Relations

Yorktown Search Partners is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Investor Relations to lead our client's investor communications and relationship management efforts.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing investor communication strategies that align with our client's goals and values. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for investors, articulating the company's vision, strategy, and financial performance with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead the investor relations function, overseeing the development and execution of investor communication strategies.
  • Strategic Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, articulating the company's vision, strategy, and financial performance.
  • Investor Relations Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies that support our client's business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of detailed financial reports.
  • Market Analysis: Provide insights into market trends and their potential impact on the company's investment strategy and portfolio performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.
  • Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of investor-related events.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all investor communications are in full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in investor relations, with a strong background in real estate investment or financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading investor relations for a public or private real estate firm.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, real estate investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
