About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Staffosaurus. As a leading provider of mental health and substance abuse treatment services, we are dedicated to transforming lives and communities through compassionate care and evidence-based practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to expand our presence in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to educate and engage potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
